       New Array Methods. There are nine new methods that operate upon arrays. Two of them, index Of and last Index Of, support searching an array for a particular value. They are similar in concept to the functions with the same names that operate upon strings. The other seven new Array methods allow arrays to be manipulated using a functional programming style
