As a successful candidate, you will:
Work collaboratively with other team members, as well as operational and engineering groups to define a clear end-to-end program delivery plan and charter
Develop and partner to stream line processes around Strategy/Planning, Project Development, and Reporting.
Effectively analyze business problems, opportunities, and requests
Consume business requirements in context of systems, applications, and overall business strategy
Oversee manage the project / application lifecycle
Manage and negotiate trade-offs
Influence external groups to close technical issues as they arise.
Have demonstrated success in turning real-world user experiences/requirements into detailed functional specifications
Have an ability to combine customer needs into an overall technical solution

You will exhibit passion for our customers and a strong project management skill set to ensure that deliverables are launched on time. As an ideal candidate you will have great oral/written communication skills, 5 – 10 years of experience in product or program management role, including the creation functional specifications and project plans and experience in ERP / supply chain systems and applications (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, etc.). B.A./B.S degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field (or the equivalent in work experience) is preferred.

When successful, in this role, you will be looked to as the key customer and partner experience expert. As an ideal candidate you will have excellent leadership, oral/written communication skills, and resource planning/management skills. You are experienced at driving multiple projects concurrently and making challenging cross group relationships a success. You are good decision maker. You not only like working independently but thrive in such an environment as you are a self-starter and know how to get things accomplished through teamwork. You have a technical background and knowledge applying current technologies. A BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field is preferred.

All employees hired into/working in roles supporting the OEM IT Engineering team and the OEM Business / Operations will also be required to pass Microsoft background check.
